Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponders and protect your mailbox accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
